RULES
1. CONTEST PERIOD:
The PS5 Giveaway Contest (the "Contest") begins on (INSERT DATE HERE), 2025 and ends on (INSERT DATE HERE) 12:00PM EST (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be considered.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are [18] years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and agents of Keller Williams Experience Realty OA 705 Realty (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or household members are not eligible to participate.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete the official contest entry form available at
www.705Realty.com/705-ps5 by providing their full name, email address, and phone number.

Fill out the form for a FREE home evaluation.
Once you submit the form, you’ll automatically be entered into the PS5 prize draw.
No matter what, everyone who fills out the form will receive a free home evaluation!
Limit of one (1) entry per person. Automated entries, duplicate entries, or entries submitted through fraudulent means will be disqualified.
4. PRIZE DETAILS:
One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a PlayStation 5 (PS5) gaming console (Approximate Retail Value: $659).
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize is unavailable.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be selected by random draw on or about [Draw Date] from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.
The selected winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within [1] day of the draw date. If the selected winner does not respond within [1] day, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or does not correctly answer a skill-testing question, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION REQUIREMENT:
To claim the prize, the selected winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or internet issues.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION:
By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest. Participants also consent to receive promotional emails and text messages from the Sponsor, with the option to unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising from their participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
10. GOVERNING LAW:
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Any disputes arising from this Contest will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
11. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
The name of the contest winner may be published on the Sponsor’s website and social media pages following winner verification and consent.
Contest closes: March 3rd, 12:00PM EST.
One entry per household. We reserve the right to refuse any giveaway entry that appears ineligible, suspicious, or does not meet the referral criteria. All entries are subject to verification to ensure fairness and compliance with the contest rules.
