CONTEST
RULES
1. CONTEST PERIOD
705's Win Gas Contest (the "Contest") begins on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be considered.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and agents of Keller Williams Experience Realty, Brokerage o/a 705 Realty (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or household members are not eligible to participate.
3. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete the official contest entry form by providing their full name, email address, and phone number.
Limit of one (1) entry per household. Automated entries, duplicate entries, or entries submitted through fraudulent means will be disqualified.
4. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) winner will receive a $50 CAD gas card.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize is unavailable.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected by random draw on or about Tuesday, July 21, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.
The selected winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within one (1) day of the draw date. If the selected winner does not respond within one (1) day, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or does not correctly answer a skill-testing question, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION REQUIREMENT
To claim the prize, the selected winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or internet issues.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest. Participants also consent to receive promotional emails and text messages from the Sponsor, with the option to unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising from their participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
10. GOVERNING LAW
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Any disputes arising from this Contest will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
11. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The name of the contest winner may be published on the Sponsor's website and social media pages following winner verification and consent.
One entry per household. We reserve the right to refuse any giveaway entry that appears ineligible, suspicious, or does not meet the contest requirements. All entries are subject to verification to ensure fairness and compliance with the contest rules.
